Uber/Lyft issue after Android Pie update

I drive for Uber/Lyft part time and noticed that after updating my Note 9 to Android Pie both Uber/Lyft trip notification sound is very low.

Things I've done and checked:
1 - Checked volume settings in both apps (Uber/Lyft)
2 - Checked volume settings in phone settings and set everything to maximum volume

My phone is always connected to the Bluetooth in my SUV, so I also tried it without it being connected to see if the problem only happens when connected to my SUV, but the notification sound is still very low.

I've read on Uber driver forum that others are having the same issue.

@Samsung, this is something I think you should look into.

Note: Installed the latest Uber app on my gf's S8 (running Oreo) and the trip notification sound is very loud (perfect)

Yeah, I hope so as well, I can't nap between trips now in fear of not hearing the trip notification 🤣🤣🤣
