Unable to reconnect to the S Pen

Hi,

Ive got an "Air Actions" notification telling me that my S Pen is disconnected. When I tap it, my phone is trying to reconnect to my S Pen but failed... any have experienced this issue?

What is the charge level of the S Pen? Leave the S Pen in the phone for a few minutes after booting. Then take it out and see.

Hi Vic, seems like I cannot see the battery level while the s pen is disconnected. See screenshots.

try this, on the drop down menu look for Spen Air actions, turn it on, then it will ask you to either keep using the spen or connect new spen, try if it will connecy to current spen. if connected leave it there to charge.. hope it works.

😔 doesn't work 😕... I guess I'll test whether it connects with another S Pen and buy a new one if its connecting. Thanks a lot though!!

All, I feel like I used it extensively recently to the point where I brought it to 0 battery. Since I put it back in, it is not connecting. That's the sequence of events that led to this problem (not that it makes sense either way, but thought that could bring some clarity as to what the context is).

You are welcome. As I know my Note10+ SPen insert it back to the device and about a minute, the SPen will fully charged. So, if your SPen use until 0 battery, is not a problem, you can recharge it. But if you can't get it recharge and reconnect, may be the SPen itself problem.

That's the conclusion I am leaning towards now unfortunately.

if this happens to me i have 3 more things to try, not sure if it will work or might lead to broken spen, ("disclaimer" if anything happens please don't blame me") i gave all the warning..
1. i will try to externally charge my S-Pen to a wireless charger for 5 minutes then connect my spen to phone.. hoping ot will connect..

2. if it didn't work, ill try to factory reset my phone with spen on then see what happens.

3. if its still not connecting I'll call samsung for repair services.. :)

only if this happens to me, not suggesting you do it..
