Unable to reconnect to the S Pen

Hi,

Ive got an "Air Actions" notification telling me that my S Pen is disconnected. When I tap it, my phone is trying to reconnect to my S Pen but failed... any have experienced this issue?

Hi Jeromette,

 

Can you please try to do the following:

- Turn Bluetooth off then on again

- Put the S Pen back in the device and see if it connects

- Try a Restart, and then attempt to pair the S Pen to the phone

Let me know if it works!

Hi Jeromette, I suggest you to reboot your device in safe mode and check if you can connect to the S pen.

Rebooting it in safe mode didn't resolve the issue 😕

Rebooting my Note tends to resolve the disconnection issue.

Hi Jeromette,

Can you try the following :

Open Settings →General Management → Reset→ Reset Network Settings

***Note that reset network settings will get rid of all your Wifi info, all paired devices...etc. You may need to reconnect all wifi and bluetooth devices.

Thanks Tallman! Thanks for the advice! Unfortunately, it didn't work either. I'm starting to believe this is a pen malfunction at this point.
