why am I still on September security update??

The Canadian Carrier's *ahem* (the BIG 3 🤐) can add their own additional programs & such to the OS Updates from Android & manufacturers. This can create a delay unfortunately.
That's why Samsung has the attached screenshot (found under the 🔔 icon on the Main Page here) detailing this very practice 😖

Kind of regretting the switch to Samsung from Google with the delays in everything. Kind of BS for a giant company wanting to be ahead of everyone else
