Getting ready for the kick off / orientation session in NY. Sent my kids a pic of all the yellow cabs I can see from my hotel. My son asked if the Ninja Turtles live here 🤣🤣🤣

if it's the reply of she passed the info higher then I'm confused. as a samsung rep she should have access to at least delete stuff on here. I mean really @Steve01 her, and the mods should have access that way hopefully there's someone close by for times like this.

it shouldn't matter if it's a holiday or weekend someone should have rights and be somewhat around or at least when people report then it should send a notification or email to a mod or someone with access that they can quickly ish respond

Yes I think she should indeed. Kinda surprised this isn't a mod/Community account, as normally Samsung Employees are supposed to have such accounts (at least in every other community that is). Even Steve01 has a "basic" account. I remember when he came to make an announcement or share some info, some that didn't know would not believe it. Those accounts would let them solve problems when required and be trusted immediately by everyone (newcomers won't know they are officials without going through their whole comment history)

And it's alarming indeed that the forum was left unattended during holidays.

I just hope this will be a lesson for Samsung_CA and measures will be taken by them to prevent future occurrences
