Galaxy SFirst and foremost id like to say that people should think twice before buying any Samsung product. One year ago i purchased S10 and ever since had countless problems with tgis $1k + phone. One or 2 months after the purchase phone refused to charge due to "moisture detected" error. Never gotten my phone wet , so this error was due to faulty chargibg port. Had to get it repaired at Service Centre. Ever since ive had this problem coming back from time to time but was able to quickly fix that. Today, when i woke up green and pink vertical lines appeared on tge screen. I did *#0*#0 test and it didnt work. With covid situation i think that it will take forever to see specialist at service centre and i doubt tgat this phone is under warranty. From the day 1 this phone was in case and i took great care of it. Never dropped, exposed to water etc. Since tge day i bought this phone ive had nothing but endless problems. For $1k + people can AND should expect problem - free reliable device. I will NEVER EVER buy ANY sumsung product in my life time.People should think many times before spending their hard earned money on faulty and very expensive phones made by Samsung

Galaxy SWhile it SOUNDS like the vertical lines are the result of a "drop" - It's also possible that it's a defect..
Kinda short sighted to blame Samsung.. there's a reason why ALL manufacturers have a warranty - whether it's phones - cars - new homes... sometimes - crap happens...

Galaxy SI have to also agree with him I've been using samsung phones since the original note and s2 an I've only had a problem with the note 4. I still have my s2 and a s5 in fine working order. samsung makes good stuff. I just don't recommend there smart fridges or washer.
