I recently traded in my Apple Iphone 12 for a Galaxy S22.  I transferred all the data from the Iphone to my new Galaxy via tethering the two devices together.  After the data transfer was complete any messages sent from friends with Iphones receive "Keri has notifications silenced" auto response with a blue moon beside it.  I have turned off any "do not disturb" settings, and have gone as far as to reset the phone to factory settings, but the message still delivers (only to Iphone users).  Has anyone had the same issue?  Any advice?

Ok...I don't know then. iPhone setting transferred to Samsung phone. But Samsung phone no such settings.

Can you also check if your Apple ID still have your old apple device linked? Maybe remove the old devices from your Apple ID might help?

I tried searching alernative way to turn off share focus status, but all solutions are from iPhone itself. If you return the phone to carrier, you can't do much.

Unless you can get a spare iPhone that running on iOS15, then insert your sim and sign in to your Apple ID. Then turn off share focus status. And sign out Apple ID and switch sim card back to Galaxy phone again.

I already did that. Turned off all attached imessage with the phone number through Apple. Still nothing. Returning phone to carrier hoping to resolve this issue and the fact that my phone is being answered remotely by a complete stranger.

I'm having the exact same problem ever since moving from an iPhone.  Was this ever resolved?  I'm using Texty on my Mac, but don't see any settings to change.
