For those of you that have upgraded to android 10, I want to know about the full gesture navigation when it comes to using 3rd party launchers. Anyone know why it doesn't work with 3rd party launchers? Is it Google or Samsung that has to update the software to enable it? I'm probably not making any sense.  Lol

well Google recently fixed the bug of not letting 3rd party launchers work but now since the December update on the google pixel line up it now works on all launchers on android 10. i think samsung will work as well since its a December update if not the fix should be available soon

Yeah it should get patched in a security patch, hopefully sooner rather than later.

that's unfortunate you would think samsung would fix this by now. Oh well let's hope for the January update :)

Try using Fluid Navigation Gestures from the Play Store (requires adb) BUT there's a lot more features & functionality than Android 10 Gestures! 🐧

3rd party apps do not have the ability to implement the animations from android 10. that's why all those apps look rough and inaccurate. they follow the one ui 1 rough home screen gestures

FNG has awesome animations & offers bottom & side Gestures + A lot more features & functionality & options than Samsung's Gestures - My 2 cents fwiw 🐧
I'm using Nova Launcher FYI 😉
