One UI V5.0 is expected to be available for your device this month. 

It was originally scheduled for November 5th, but it was delayed. We don't have any explanation as to why. 

I'm sure that Samsung Canada's Moderators would love to add more information....

I can tell you ,

Samsung doesn't really care about Transparency its really not their strongest suit..

There's been no official update from Samsung or The Dingus Community Managers or Mods
( I've even reached out about it with no success just template buffoon responses or 3hr Wait times )

You'll just need to be as patient , even though annoyed as the rest of the world you're not the only one right now who isn't pissed about how they are handling this

They can't give updates that Samsung hasn't said first.

Granted, they ABSOLUTELY pin a message about one UI and android 13 NOT being released yet. So people can stop asking the same question every **bleep** day.

Fido just updated their upgrade os schedule. S22 - Nov 21st, S21 and Note 20 Nov 22nd. Here we go again.
