Is anyone else experience poor battery performance caused by Android System? Recently my battery life has been less than ideal and Android System is always at the top of the list in the battery stats sometimes doubling or tripling Screen.
Have tried factory reset and am on my service provider's latest software version.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Hi Andy! If you don't use your phone very much the "Android OS/System" will appear near the top. This is normal behavior. If you're seeing this behavior after days of use, submit an error log using Members.
From the Samsung Members application, tap the “Feedback” icon. From the “Questions/Errors” tab, tap the Pen icon and then submit an “Error report”.
