Annoying pop up

This pop up keeps comming up all the time. How do I turn it off?

Hi Nelson997, can you try the following and see if it helps?

Open Settings → Apps → Messages → Storage

Click clear data and clear cache

Then open the Samsung Messages again. If the Google Chat feature prompt again, click Agree this time.

Thank you to all that chimed in. Finally got rid of the pop-up .. Settings--> apps--> messages--> Appear on top - TURN THIS OFF!!! This is what worked for me S21 ultra

No option available to me to "Accept as solution " as you described, may be because I did not start this thread. But I will certainly send @tallman solution link for this problem on any forum that I can.
