I'm finding the app control with Bixby significantly worse than Google's voice. I have a 3rd party music app that she wants nothing to do with, constantly telling me I need to download Google play music. Also when asking about weather in other cities she seems to default to US states instead of local territory (BC Canada). While I'm sure the 24 degree weather in Hope Arkansas is great I'm more interested in Hope BC.
Any find similar issues and ways to change default apps that Bixby uses?
Yeah, given that Bixby is less than a year old, it still has a long way to go. Google Assistant has been around for quite sometime so it has more functionality but still can't do stuff that Bixby does.
Good news is that Bixby 2.0 is on the way and they're giving support to developers for Bixby so Third Party devs like Player Pro will be able to build in the support for Bixby so it will get much better.
I'll have to admit that Bixby isn't half bad - I DO like some of the things that it can do - Google Assistant is still my preference, but as you said Bixby is still relatively new.
