There's an app in Google play store (I didn't tried it) it's called " Simple Contol( Navigation Bar)" read the reviews and you can try as your Backspace button is not working.
Hey @gbenkem, first try clearing the data of your keyboard and also restarting your device. If that doesn't fix the problem, then please back up your data and perform a factory reset. If you are still experiencing issues with your backspace, then another option would be to consider downloading 3rd party keyboards.
