Galaxy SHi Codenamemamba,
We understand how frustrating it must be to see your battery life drop so noticeably, especially on your Galaxy S24 Ultra.
Please try the below steps to help resolve the battery issue:
-
Go to Settings > Battery > Device care, and run "Optimize now."
-
Use "Sleep" or "Deep sleep" modes for apps you don't use often (under Settings > Battery > Background usage limits).
-
Check if Adaptive Battery is enabled.
-
If the issue started after an update, a Wipe Cache Partition via Recovery Mode can help (you’ll need to connect the phone to a PC or another device to enter recovery).
Hold the Power button and Volume Down to open the power options where choose the Power off > When the screen goes dark press the Volume Up and Power keys together > Let go of all held buttons when you see the Recovery mode on the screen > Then you should select Wipe cache partition. Use Volume Up to navigate and the Power button to accept it > Choose Yes and press the Power key to confirm that operation > After that select Reboot system now with the Power key."
If nothing works, as a last resort please perform back up and factory data reset.

Thank you.
