Call and text on other device

My S25 ultra is my main phone. I would like to connect my S24 ultra so i can recieve calls and texts on my S24 ultra. 

How can I connect my s24 ultra to my main phone S25 Ultra. 

My s24 ultra doesn't show up under options for call and text.

Have you tried enabling call and text on other devices on both devices found in your pull down menu from the top right of your screen

I tried this with my S25 Ultra and S24 and unfortunately the S24 will not let you because it wants a Sim card installed.

This feature does work with a phone and a tablet so something is different in the requirements when using 2 phones
