Galaxy SHi Joemar23,
If the camera app is opening then, please reset the settings of the camera app and check.
Open the Camera >> Then, open the Settings >>Click on Reset Settings >> Confirm your decision by tapping on RESET.
This Tap option will reset only the settings for the camera application. It will not impact the settings for the Galaxy Camera operating system and it will not remove any of your personal information from the camera.
If the above steps didn't work then please try to clear the cache and data and force stop the Camera app.
Follow the below steps to clear the cache and data of the Camera App:
Follow the below steps: Open Settings >> Apps >> Camera >> Storage >> Clear cache. If the issue still persists, choose the ''Clear data''.
To force stop the app: Open Settings >> Apps >> Camera >> Storage >> Force Stop.
Note: Clearing the data will reset the app to factory default settings. Any personal settings saved on the app will be removed.

Galaxy SHey Joemar23,
Please make sure that the phone and the apps are updated to the latest version. Samsung always recommends to put the device up to date to get a better device experience.
Then perform the wipe cache partition of the device and get back to us with the results.
- Turn off the device.
- Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby / Power key.
- When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
- An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear.
- Press the Volume down key several times to highlight Wipe cache partition.
- Press Bixby / Power key to select.
- Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Bixby / Power key to select.
- When the process is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
- Press the Bixby / Power key to restart the device.

Galaxy SHey kyle72,
Thanks for providing the model number of the device. Have you performed the factory data reset of the device? If not, please follow the steps from the below comment to perform the factory data reset after backup the phone data using the smart switch on a computer and delete both the Google and Samsung accounts. Otherwise, it will be locked with the configured accounts.
Note: Performing a Factory Data Reset will erase all personal data and downloaded apps. Please ensure that you have backed-up all your data.
