I'm still having issues with Bixby not recognizing my voice password, regardless of what i do. I received this response from samsung:
Dear Customer,
Thank you for contacting Samsung Customer
Care
Iwould suggest you to "Wipe Cache Partition"
on your phone to isolate the issue. It will help in
clearing out any temporary files or glitches if
formed
1. At the beginning switch off your device by
holding the Power key for a short while
2. In the next step press and hold together:
Volume Up + Bixby + Power button for a couple
of seconds
3. You should release held keys when the
Samsung Logo appears on the phone's screen
4. After that select "wipe cache partition" using
Volume buttons to navigate and Power button to
contirm
I'm positive that it will help in isolating the Bixby
voice password issue

problem is, I regularly wipe my cache partition as a practise, and consequentially it doesn't solve my problem....

yup me too, Bixby voice password has not been working the greatest recently.

Hey @RyanB286, sorry to hear that you are having problems with Bixby. As @CHMultimedia mentioned, we have been receiving lots of error reports on Bixby from the beginning of this year. Currently, our team is working hard on fixing problems related to Bixby. Hope to see Bixby fixed for the next update. Thanks!
