Can't watch videos while on call

Almost a year ago I switched from s9+ to s24. But I sometimes feel regret from switching. The major drawback is you can't watch while on call (including calls on What's App, FB messenger, etc.). This is a huge issue for me because I'm in a long term relationship and can't watch together, which on s9+ I was able to do it. Are there any way that I can get around this restriction?

A speculative side note, annoyingly just YouTube works. It made me think they made Android 14's software purposefully preventing you watching other applications other than YouTube, on call? What do you think?

Yes I do have it and know it's feature. I know some people have done it, but it is now about the sound. Thanks

Its soooooo annoying and frustrating. Its causing me to not be able to watch with my wife when im not home. Who in their right mind thought it was a good idea to block people from watching and talking on the phone? There is literally no reason to do that. Its completely uncalled for and its like no one from samsung will fix it or knows why and i am about to completely drop samsung all together and never look back because not watching with my wife on the phone is not cool. Netflix, max, peacock, paramount will not work while on phone call. My wife has a iphone and ipad and they both let you watch while on phone call. So its a stupid samsung problem and i am over samsung not fixing the stupid issue. So i feel your pain and i care even though it feels like no one else doesnt seem to. Gotta just switch phone company or get a tablet and download to watch later.

I know, but here is the weird part. You can watch YouTube or listen on Spotify. I had s9+, it had no problem watching anything while on call. It feels like I have downgraded phone& software.

We need to coordinate mass request at the same time specifically for this issue.

We srsly should because this issue is rediculous and they arent doing anything to fix it, keep reporting it in the samsung members app, iv reported it 3 times now

Samsung s10 tab can play, but just today can't play netlix while on messenger call. No updates also.

Yesss I have the same issues. I'm on with my boyfriend and I try to watch netflix Hulu etc. And it does not play back while on a phone call!!!! I was told by a "samsung" rep that it's like blocked in our country for some reason for safety I cant remember what all he said. If you find out please let me know cause people think I'm crazy lol
