Galaxy SWhat device do you have?
Start with opening the Samsung Members app on your device & click on Support > Phone Diagnostics & run the Diagnostics for your device.. see if you get any error messages.
Power Off & Remove & Reinsert the SIM (if you're using a physical SIM).
Boot into Recovery & Wipe Cache.
If the situation remains the same, you can try Booting into Safe Mode, see if you can make calls..
If not, I'd backup with Smart Switch & Factory Reset.
Don't restore ANYTHING initially, see if you can use your phone & if audio is working.
If nothing works.. visit a Samsung Service Centre to get it checked out by a tech.

Galaxy SHi Jaybird11,
We understand how frustrating it must be to lose all audio on your device. Please try the troubleshooting steps provided by RedDogRabbit and let us know how it goes.
If none of the steps work, we recommend visiting a Samsung Authorized Service Center to have your device checked by a technician. Please use link given to know the nearest Samsung Authorized service center.
Thank you.
