Hi, I've been having constant issues with this phone ever since I bought it, first calls kept dropping and cutting out, then I had overheating issues now it's charging issues where you have to push really hard on the back of the phone to charge it and wireless charging Is very finicky where it keeps disconnecting. Other issues like the screen gets really dim and the phone gets sluggish. I would never have thought a Samsung phone could be this bad. DO NOT recommend. Don't spend a ridiculous amount of money on a phone that doesn't function properly.

All the phones I have had over the years, I've never had any issues like these. Sounds more like a manufacturers defect. I would definitely recommend taking the phone and original bill of purchase back to the store where you bought it, tell the associates the issues, exchange the phone for a new one and test it before leaving the store. Another idea is that you would save a lot of money instead of going to some independant repair shop that would charge you for diagnostics and/or repairs.
