So, 43 Days after order I am at "Preparing for Dispatch" for 06 Days! 

 

All the excitement, all the plans with this new device are gone. Its more like, "Just give me the phone" now! Never thought the experience for pre-ordering from so called "Best Company" for their "Flagship" phone will be that painful! Had pre-ordered before and received on time but in a different Country, Different Continent!

 

Samsung Canada, I have never seen more unprofessional team before in all these years of using Samsung Note (From Note-II to be precise). I am now really worried about the Samsung care+ that I purchased with phone. If support is also the same then all those money are thrown in Ottawa River I guess.

We are in the same boat. Got preparing dispatch last Wednesday morning and nothing since after. They have ruined all excitement.

This is sad. For these 2000$ I can have a exciting tour to somewhere nice in summer 😐 At least that would have more excitement than Samsung Phone.

You would think that Samsung should really get the ball rolling and push these out.  If I were Samsung, I would look up all of us on the forums here who are complaining and just ship our stuff out asap so that the negative posts don't keep piling.  But no, nothing is done.  We are the ones that paid in full on announcement day or slightly later and 48 days later (and counting), still left waiting without even a bag to hold.

What really irks me is finding out other people who ordered exactly the same configuration, color, etc days later than me have already received or got theirs.  Samsung, where is my order?  

If their intentions is to try to screw us because we are complaining, that is just ludicrous.  What kind of customer service or business model is this then?  I hope they aren't because that would be baffling.

Yeah, I don't think that it's Samsung's intention to "screw" anyone, because they complained.. That would suggest that they were actually organized enough to do so.

Question is, They really don't listen? Or they have a 100 unit capacity and took 10000 orders and now no way out kind of situation! I am feeling like their pre-order system is **bleep**tiest and even worse than small restaurant beside my home who immediately "Stock Out" in mobile app the item that runs out.
