Tried to reach out to support several times. The minimum wait time is 2 Hours :)

Never thought the pr-order will turn into the Movie "Inception"! Lies after Lies after Lies after Lies! Samsung should change the company name to "Lie Onion" I think! You peel a layer of Lie and then there's another..... Hopeless! Helpless!!

JUST GIVE ME THE PHONE SAMSUNG!

Copy and pasting my answer from another thread:

The time it ships out really depends on FedEx's capacity (Samsung Canada's shipping partner) to handle the orders depending on the size of shipping. They clearly still have a huge backlog of phones still being needed to be sent out and fulfill orders and those are in priority.

So to answer your questions: it depends. It can be a day, it can be a week or more. Your order is just about to be sent out and is in queue to be shipped.

There are several comments on this forum stating there there is no FedEx capacity issue but its Samsung who is out of phones. This is another response from their representative clearly stating they have no phone in warehouse to deliver.

Also, I have asked no Questions in my post. But thanks anyway for your answer! :)

If your phone is Preparing for Dispatch, it's about to be shipped (they're probably packing it up now and waiting for FedEx to pick it up) and not stuck in a situation where they don't have your phone (that would be in the dreaded "Processing" status).

Idk how their logistics go but it's most likely stuck in a queue for it to be shipped.

Also, contacting customer service is probably not going to get you anywhere unless you get lucky and you get connected with someone there or in a higher position. You'd probably get more frustrated getting a canned response.

Don't know why you are complaining - they said they can appreciate your frustration...

I don't think it's FedEx at fault here, but more Samsung Canada in how they deal with the shipment of products they received at their warehouse.  It seems that they don't have a well planned strategy of how to unpack their shipment, how to figure out which customers to ship out first, etc.  From what I read in other posts and replies, it seems that they unpack a box and discover whatever colour or configuration and then they (however they decide who knows) ship them out.  The date you pre-order isn't going to guarantee that you will get yours before someone who pre-ordered days after you, as I have found out. In other words, there is no rhyme or reason behind who gets the phone and when.

So, from the posts, it seems that they may find a certain colour and then ship them out and then another colour, and so on.  So, for those of us who were glued to our computer screens for any new replies, it was like, oh, the Sky Blue phones are shipping because, bang bang bang, those with those colour phones were posting they were getting their FedEx emails.  Since I got a graphite colour, it wasn't until I started reading others who were getting theirs that I got my email and others who ordered the same colour also got theirs.  But again, nothing is a sure thing.  We're all grasping at straws and looking at tea leaves.

In the end, since many of us don't work for Samsung or FedEx, it's all speculation.  The best thing is to wait for the status to change from Processing to Preparing Dispatch and then for the Samsung email that it's been shipped.  The timeline from dispatch to email depends.  Some say it took about 24, 48 hours, for me, it was like 6 days.  Just patiently wait for the shipping email from Samsung is my advice.

Samsung Care+ 'Tier 3' with S22U 1TB models only (as far as I know).

It's why I opted for it. . .
