Go to Settings > Apps Search for "Device Care", Scroll down to "Storage" and Select > Clear BOTH Cache & Data for Device Care & Reboot.
It should work now.

Galaxy SIf that didn't work, then start with Booting into Recovery & Wipe Cache.
If that doesn't fix the issue, then backup your device with Smart Switch & Factory Reset.
