Galaxy SThe ones with the blue folder are the apps in your Secure Folder.
That's why you have duplicate apps. It is normal.

We’re glad to hear that you were able to identify the issue!
The apps showing a small blue folder icon in the corner are indeed apps that are installed inside your Secure Folder which allows you to create a private, encrypted space on your device where you can store apps, files, and data separately from your main phone environment.
If you plan to remove any duplicate apps, please double-check which version you're deleting — especially if it contains any important personal data. Removing the Secure Folder version of an app will only delete the instance within the Secure Folder
