Galaxy SI know this is a couple months old but I'm having the same issue and yes I've already tried using different PDF apps. I've tried Adobe, PDF reader, PDFelement (which is suggested to replace the now no longer being produced or used/updated Adobe PDF app). When I try to download it it does absolutely nothing. It acts as if it's being downloaded but then I go into my files and nothing is there that I downloaded. I can't download any of my bank statements, I can't download PDF files sent to me via email or anything. When I attempt to download it again it acts as if it has been downloaded and asks me if I want to download it again. In the past if that had occurred I could typically just click on the link and it would ask me what I wanted to use to open the file with and when this does that no matter what I select it tells me either the file is corrupt or that the file name is too long and to change it before trying to open it again. As I said previously when I go to check my files whether it's on my phone internal, my SD card or in my cloud it's not there. I have no issues with this on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 7. It does exactly what it's supposed to do so I can't figure it out and all my settings seem to be the same. I can't figure it out?
