email problem cannot access my email account will not sync with password

My email account will let me sign in and sync does not recognize password and password was updated several times

Hi qtbubi,
Please perform the clear cache of the Email app on your phone.
Go to settings >> Apps >> Email >> Storage >> Clear cache.

You can also delete and add your account again and check if it works.
Go to settings >> Account and backup >> Accounts >> Select the account >> Delete.
To add an account:
Go to settings >> Account and backup >> Accounts >> Add account.

Then follow the below steps on your phone to sync with your account.
Go to the Email application >> Press the three lines (in the upper left corner) >> Select the settings symbol >> Press the account >> Email synchronization period >> All the time.
Here are the steps to reset the password:
Please reset the password and connect with your account again on your phone.
Email account passwords can be managed only through the account settings page(Browser). Open the Sign in page on the web browser, enter your email address and click on “Forgot password”. Then, follow the instructions and change your password.
Do not forget to update your password on the Email app once changed.

Email app on Samsung phone is a platform to manage, view and send/receive mails.
If you are unable to reset the password or unable to connect with your account on your phone, request you to contact the email service provider.

thank you I contacted email provider rogers they said it isn't a problem with them

Have you performed the above steps on your phone? Please delete the account and follow the below steps and check if it works.

Restart the device once and add the account on your phone.

Open the Email app>>Tap the three lines in the upper left corner>>Tap the Settings symbol>>Add account>>Tap the Other option>>Enter the email address and password>>Sign-in.

Then follow the on-screen instructions to complete it.

thank you for all your help I did the first suggestion and deleted the email and started again. yeah it worked
