Galaxy SEveryone needs to do it, half of us won’t.. you know it. You had a rough experience last year and you said you were not going to pre order, then we all do. That’s the problem too.. this was my first pre order and man oh man, I am so glad I cancelled

Galaxy SI know, I have filed a complaint with BBB. I am also going to use the fork in their website for CEO, don’t know where that will go but I will!

Galaxy SHi bett3r, I am struggling to resolve issue about the item which was not delivered but samsung charged me. I called customer service at least 20 times but they never resolved this issue rather than escalating it. Only option I have is to file a lawsuit against samsung. How long does it take to get the outcome after filing lawsuit? What is your status?
