Just a reminder, this isn't how a business supposed to run. People give their money, product received, that's it. Especially in a PRE-ORDER. 

This kind of post by a member here is actually sad. Samsung doesn't have the right to keep people's money for MONTHS. 

Seriously folks, if y'all experiencing delays, no communication or return issues, FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST SAMSUNG. That'll teach them. 

I had this exact experience last year with S21U and never thought it's an ongoing issue for years.

Everyone needs to do it, half of us won’t.. you know it. You had a rough experience last year and you said you were not going to pre order, then we all do. That’s the problem too.. this was my first pre order and man oh man, I am so glad I cancelled

They'll keep on doing this since no one is taking an action against them. It's illegal to not communicate to customers after they paid for a product or service, as far as I know.

I know, I have filed a complaint with BBB. I am also going to use the fork in their website for CEO, don’t know where that will go but I will!

Hi bett3r, I am struggling to resolve issue about the item which was not delivered but samsung charged me. I called customer service at least 20 times but they never resolved this issue rather than escalating it. Only option I have is to file a lawsuit against samsung. How long does it take to get the outcome after filing lawsuit? What is your status?
