does anyone else's camera (while scanning a barcode) and flashlight not work at the same time? I really hope the answer is NO because coming from an S5 to S8 with that feature not working would be a drag.
I am thinking that because your useing the camera with it having the ability to use flash for your photos that would over ride the flashlight .... not to sure why you would want to use both at the same time.
I guess I worded it incorrectly. I was scanning a barcode but it was too dark. Other flashlight wouldn't turn on so that it could be bright enough to scan the code
So Im assuming you want to take a picture of a QR code with your phone camera while keeping the torch light on? To my knowledge only one app can access camera at a time. Torch controls are included with camera access so you would need to download an app like QR droid if you want to do that
