Galaxy SAs the title suggests, I kindly ask Samsung follows in Nothing's footsteps for One UI 8 by making the expanded Quick Toggles Customizable in the same way. This means allowing users to add and remove ALL quick toggles and let users decide their size and shape as either basic circles, long pills or large squircles, and to decide whether or not the volume slider is present and whether it and the brightness slider are horizontal or vertical. More customization for power users is a great thing!
The image below is from 9to5Google and exemplifies exactly what I am talking about.
This would be the perfect solution for all the users who are upset at the limitations of the Quick Toggle customization currently found in One UI 7. A lot of users, myself included, don't like the extra toggles that have been added that cannot be removed (for me, it's Smartview, dark mode and the volume slider, don't need or want them), don't like how some are erroneously pills rather than just circles, don't like that lack of labels (unless expanded), and don't overall like the wasted space.
On a side note, please bring back the time and date in the upper left corner when the Quick Toggles are Expanded. (image included below). The gap is needlessly blank. For the unexpanded combined notification page, please return the Power Button. It shouldn't take 2 swipes to reach and there is plenty of space for it. (image below as well) I have my "hold power button" set to flashlight so this is a bothersome pep peeve.
Thanks for reading!

Galaxy SPat yourself on the back. You didn't read what I wrote and ignored both the images.

The power button should already be available on the first swipe and it would be easy to implement.

Galaxy SYou are likely way too late with this request.
Pretty sure One UI 8 features are already decided and they are into the how to make it work for each different device stage now

Galaxy SWe can only hope not. Given that One UI 7 started roll out in April and the beta for One UI 8 only started in May, that should be a sufficiently ample amount of time to implement such additions or changes, especially if they're going to roll things out late winter/spring of next year.

Galaxy SHi z28camaroman,
Appreciate the detailed feedback! We hear you on the Quick Toggle customization more control over layout, shape, and toggle visibility would be a big win for users.
And yes, as Tallman mentioned swiping down with two fingers does bring up the full panel with the power button, but we agree that having it accessible with a single swipe (like before) would be much more convenient. We'll share your suggestions with the team.
Thanks again for taking the time to share!
