Galaxy SStart with opening the Camera & go to IT'S Settings & Reset the Camera's Settings & Reboot.
Also go to Settings Apps > Search for the Camera & Click on it > Scroll down to Storage & Clear Both Cache & Data for the app and Reboot.
See if that fixes the issue for you.

Galaxy SAre you saying that you ran the Diagnostics on the Samsung Members app?
If so, did you get any error messages?
You could try Booting into Safe Mode and see if the Camera works properly, as it will disable all 3rd party apps.
Last two things you can try yourself..
Boot into Recovery & Wipe Cache, see if that works for you, but doubtful..
Factory Reset.. If it's not a hardware issue, then that SHOULD fix the problem.
If not, visit a Samsung Service Centre to get it checked out by a tech.
You could also send an Error Report to Samsung from the Samsung Members app > Support > Send Feedback.

Galaxy SHi Thephoneguy23,
We understand how important it is for features such as the front camera and face unlock to function reliably, and we regret the inconvenience this has caused.
Since you have already attempted diagnostics and cleared cache/data without resolution, the next recommended step would be to perform a factory reset after ensuring that your data is backed up. This can help rule out any software conflicts. If the issue persists even after a factory reset, it may indicate a potential hardware concern.
In that case, we suggest visiting a Samsung Authorized Service Center for a full diagnostic. If your device is still under warranty, the service team will be able to advise you to fix the issue on your Samsung device Additionally, please continue to submit error reports through the Samsung Members app so our engineers can review logs and investigate further.
We appreciate your patience and the steps you have already taken. Thank you for sharing the details of the issue you are experiencing with the front camera on your Galaxy S25 Ultra.
