Galaxy SI'd start with opening the Samsung Members app & Click on Support > Phone Diagnostics & run the Diagnostics for the Mic. See if you get any error messages?
Depending on the results of the Diagnostics, that will give you an idea of the next steps.

Galaxy SThey ask you to record a short message on both of the mics, and it's working fine with this diag !

Galaxy SIs it just the one person who is saying that your voice is low.. or everyone?
Don't think that Wiping Cache or a Factory Reset will fix it, if it's everyone.
You might want to visit a Samsung Service Centre to get it checked out by a tech?

Galaxy SIt wasn't a problem on my S10+
You could try Removing & Reinserting the SIM, get a New SIM from your Carrier, Reset Network Settings...see if that helps?

That's sad to hear this issue on your Galaxy S10 and appreciate your efforts in performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.
Have you tried the above steps to remove and re-insert the SIM, resetting network settings? Are they worked for you?
If that doesn't work, you might need to get the device examined by the service technician to get if fixed.

Galaxy SI already tried to re instert the SIM a couple of time since the issue, and it did nothing. But i did'nt try to reset the network setting.. i don't know why, but i have not so much hope with this step 😅.
Maybe i'll check with Samsung.
