Galaxy S21 pre-Orders getting cancelled

I was hyped to preorder the new Galaxy phone S21 online through Samsung. I fill in my payment info and everything is supposed to be ok I got the order confirmation and acknowledgment from Samsung.
But the Next day the order got cancelled without any specific reason.
I called customer service and they said it has to do with the billing address not matching with your bank info. I triple-checked the info and it is exactly what's in my bank info.
 I called my bank and checked the agent told me you are not the first customer calling about this issue from Samsung. It seems to be some technical issue Samsung need to fix from their end.
Anyway, I tried the second time and this time I made sure the address is exact and 100% correct. Again order confirmed and the next day guess what! CANCELLED AGAIN! 
This time I got frustrated like it's not my first time buying online using my credit card.

So I tried to be smart and use PayPal instead for the third attempt and didn't go through at all giving me an error.
I called Samsung again after a long wait, and they have no clue at all. Customer service not that good. 
So I give up on the purchase. And won't buy any from Samsung again.
They need to fix this issue.
Any anyone who experienced the same can help me find the issue?

happened to me a lot even though my bank cleared it. I don't knw why. it is extremely sensitive

I called the bank and everything was cleared from their side.

I ordered like 4 phones when note 20 came and had to do 2 with other family members since it wouldn't process mine

I have ran into this problem and it had to do with my address being a post office box # that both Samsung and my bank  don't accept as being an address.

I live in the country and that has always been my address. I have had my order declined multiple times because of this and understand your frustration.

Last year Samsung started accepting pay pal and I have a confirmed paypal account and since then have been able to purchase using this with no problems.

They could at the very least contact you to let you know that your order was not accepted but don't seem to think they should have to.
