I'm running into an issue with all my orders getting cancelled. This has been happening since August last year and I never had this issue before. The cancellation emails says:

We’re sorry! At this time we are unable to complete your order # because you have exceeded the maximum number of purchases and/or transactions allowed.

I've tried contacting e-commerce multiple times with no resolution. I've tried different payment methods, making sure address and billing info is identical and nothing works. I feel like the system might have blocked me from placing orders. I have never filed any credit card claims, never did excessive returns, never had any bad trade ins, so I'm unsure why this is happening. I'm really considering switching to another phone company like apple at this point.

Just Pre-Order from Rogers or whatever Carrier you are with.

Don't know what their "Special Offers" are, but at least you don't have to get fruit 🍏

"exceeded maximum number of purchases allowed"?? Would have thought there'd be no limits on how much product you can buy.. is that from Samsung or some finance company?

That's from Samsung and I haven't been able to order anything at all since August last year. I'm also just trying to order one phone not a big order or anything and haven't place large orders in the past either.

Maybe its some thing about personal purchase vs commercial purchase for resale. 🤷 They might have added a limit to personal accounts. How many orders have you placed in the last few months?

Zero as all the orders keep getting cancelled and I also never order large amounts of anything. I was just trying to trade in my phone.

Thank you, I've tried that many times but they don't seem to care to fix the issue.

Call and place an order on the phone with a sales agent. If they run into the same issue, they will tell you why. Don't say anything else. Try that.

I had the same issue months ago purcahsing a S24 ultra. None of the represetatives were able to help me and I gave up on trying to make the purchase Today, after 8 months i tried to make a purchase and I ran into the same issue again. All the online representatives try to do is create another cart for you, you eventually compete your order and 20 mins later another email saying you order has been cancelled due to excceding amount of transactions/purchases.  If you call customer service they want to spend 20 minutes asking for verification even though you provided them with the email and order number. Then after you explain to them what the problem is.... their response is "Just to make sure i understand, you are calling because your order was cancelled" It's incredible the level of incompetence customers receive from the Samsung representatives. That representative ended up hanging-up on me. Then i called back and asked to speak to a supervisor and that call also got disconnected. Seems like Samsung doesnt care enough to solve their customers issues. They probably dont care at all if one or two of us leave to the competitior, if they did, they would at least have capable customer service agents to actually help with our issue and not ask to verify who we are 1000 times.... like they're reading straight from a script.
