When I pair my W-King T11 (bluetooth 5.3) with my Galaxy S23 Ultra I have lots of sound cuts. I have 2 T11 and it does on both. I have also tried unpairing and repairing without luck. I try reboot my phone and same bug. I paired the speakers with my old Galaxy S10+ and all play fine. I try playing music from my S23 Ultra via music share on my S10+ connected to my speaker and they play fine too.

Has anyone had the same problem?

I used to have problems with some Sony Bluetooth speakers when I used them with Note 9 and Note 20 Ultra. It worked well with ipad though. I think some Bluetooth speakers and Samsung is not compatible.

Hi, if you haven't performed reset network settings on the device, then please try to perform Reset network settings and check for the issue.

Go to Settings, and then select General management >> Find and select Reset >> Choose Reset network settings >> Tap on the Reset settings button >> Tap on the Reset button.

Note: When you reset the network settings, the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth information connection are reset.

I just tried it and no improvement. The sound constantly cuts out with my S23 Ultra while with my old S10+ the sound does not cut out at all!

Hi guys

I had the same issue on my base s22, didn't encounter it on the s23

One thing that helped a little with this on my s22, was going in the developer options

In developer options, deactivate the Bluetooth a2dp hardware offload

Please test this and tell me if it helps

You're right! I see a big improvement when hardware offload is disabled. Thanks

I think the problem is when you're connecting to Wifi 2.4ghz. My S23 Ultra and JBL Flip 6 does that too. Everytime I moved the phone 5 meters away from the speaker the sound's started to cutout. Then I tried to reset the phone and the speaker nothing's worked. Then I tried to turn off the wifi and there's no cutting out at all! And on 5Ghz wifi also worked no cutting out at all. I think the problem lies on 2.4Ghz Wifi

Im not sure how you figured out the 2.4 to 5G situation but my quality has greatly improved because of it. I have 2 Creative Muvo PLAY speakers and they both cut in and out ALOT on my S23+ before switching to 5G.... i get a dip once in a while. But this never happened with my S21+ so this is upsetting to say the least.
