or didn't matter what type of security I decide to use, the phone can be unlocked at any time. I tried face, Iris, pattern, disabled smart lock, disable unlocking with the home button.
I set to be locked immediately after locking but it can still be unlocked with just a swipe.

it's not, I don't even have any trusted device, it happens everywhere all the time. even when the only device I have with me it's the phone itself.

Hey @sentone007, thanks for including a log file. I've already escalated this to our engineers at head office so they can take a closer look. In the meantime, could you please take your device to your local Samsung Service location (http://www.samsung.com/ca/support) to see if one of our reps can assist in troubleshooting this with you?

Try enabling flight mode (so it turns off all wifi, location, etc.), putting a piece of tape over the camera on the screen-side, and don't talk. How does that work? We'll narrow it down if it does work to find out what's going on
