Hello dear members and respectable mods. There's a rumor circling around that Portrait mode is coming to the latest flagships of Samsung. I really dearly hope it's true. When single camera smartphones such as Pixel 2 have this feature, it's a letdown for avid Samsung users to not have it on their latest expensive flagships. Also, as there is a camera stabilization hardware on front cam, please roll out the update to utilize it. These things are very very important for consumer satisfaction of Samsung fan base, and every S8/S8+ users. Thank you so much.
Meh. Life is more than selfies to me so I'm ambivalent to the whole idea. All I know is my S8+ is gorgeous, capable and takes fantastic photos...and I ALWAYS use and editor so I can tune anything how I want it. I use Lightroom 😊
Selective focus on samsung camera is potrait mode. If you mean potrait lighting not sure if samsung is going follow but rumors of samsung new camera sensors seems very impressive. I'll link it if I find that web page again.
