Gmail notification issue

My phone is a Galaxy S23 ultra. Even though I have enabled notify me for every email on the Gmail app I don't get notifications for new emails regularly.

I have missed urgent emails because of that. Can someone please help.

I have a very similar issue, however, Gmail doesn't notify me when I have emails in my work profile, and I too have missed a very important emails. Help? This is seems to be a common thing with gmail.

Hi, I request you to please check your permissions for Gmail.

Settings>apps>Gmail>Permissions. Ensure notifications is selected.

My problem was solved. I had activated power saver mode earlier. Now that I have deactivated it, I'm getting notifications for every new email.
