Thank you. I am hoping to find a way to assist in getting past the "Setup" stage after after a Hard Reset. We thought that when we did the reset, it will also wipe all of the accounts information. the device password was lost.. but now it prompts to login to Google or Gmail in order to get past or verify before continuing. Is there another option?

Hoping we get this..

Unfortunately there is no way to pass the "Setup" stage after a hard reset. If you do a factory reset on your phone everything that is stored will be completely deleted and you will have to go through the "Setup" procedure all over again. I tried this on another phone and had to go through the "Setup" process.

Thanks. Yes we understand that part.. the part while settingup, is when it prompts to enter google or gmail credentials (unable to recall password) is where we were wondering if there are other options of setting up for use..

A Samsung Service Center is likely your best solution for your problem as I don't think there is another way around this problem other than coming up with the account names and passwords
You should also take some proof that it is your device before visiting a service center

If you do a hard reset, it will either prompt you for the Samsung account password or the Gmail that was associated with that phone before you did the reset. That is a security measure to prevent thieves from resetting and using your phone.

If the account is yours, you can always try to reset the password by trying to login on a web browser on another device and clicking on forget password to set up a new one. And then you can try to login like that.
