Galaxy SHi, Performing a Wipe cache partition and network reset removes only temporary files that may be causing an issue with the device.
All personal files and settings are not affected by this option.
Note: When you reset the network settings, the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth information connection are reset.

Galaxy SOnly things that you'll need to do;
- Enter your WiFi Password
- Pair your Bluetooth devices again, and these two are only for the Network Reset. Wiping Cache doesn't touch any of these things, or your data.
