I am facing some issues with Bluetooth like when i am talking to someone on phone and when i try to connect my earbuds it doesn't let me to connect. I have to disconnect the call than it allows me to connect, i am not able to resolve this issue.

With WiFi also sometimes it disconnect itself and says no internet connection but when i check on my other phone there is no issue. Please help me out with both my issues. Thank you 😊

Hi, have you tried to perform network reset and Wipe cache partition and reset network setting? If not please perform both the steps and check if it resolves the issue.

1.Turn off the unit.

2.Press and hold the volume up button and press and hold the on/off button. When the Android logo is displayed, release all keys ("Installing system update" is displayed before displaying the Android system recovery menu options).

3.Press the volume down key repeatedly to highlight "wipe cache partition".

4.Press the Power key to select. Press the Volume Down button to highlight "Yes" and press the Power button to select. When the wiping of the cache partition is completed, "Reboot System Now" is highlighted.

5.Press the Power button to reboot the unit.

1. Go to Settings, and then select General management.

2. Find and select Reset.

3. Choose Reset network settings.

4. Tap on the Reset settings button.

5. Tap on the Reset button.

Note: When you reset the network settings, the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth information connection are reset.

Hi, Performing a Wipe cache partition and network reset removes only temporary files that may be causing an issue with the device.

All personal files and settings are not affected by this option.

Note: When you reset the network settings, the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth information connection are reset.

Only things that you'll need to do;

  • Enter your WiFi Password
  • Pair your Bluetooth devices again, and these two are only for the Network Reset. Wiping Cache doesn't touch any of these things, or your data.
