How can Samsung be selling their phones before launch?

I didn't watch the video, but it's virtually impossible for this to be a legitimate site, selling genuine Samsung devices.

All the colors are there phones look legit and this isn't the only guy on YouTube showing this . I agree with you I guess February 1st we'll find out.

It's possible that they got a hold of some devices used for media purposes, but if they were trying to post links to sell the devices before the official release.. I think that they'd be in a pile of legal troubles.

I know Samsung ships early to stores,carriers and people on social media that review products before launch but they're saying someone was selling them crazy.
