I purchased my s23 ultra in india, But later i moved to canada. I am using rogers network in canada, Even though it's 5g plan i can't access the 5g network

It's showing only 4g and 4g+

Can anyone solve this issue 🤔

Might need to get the charging port swapped with a Canadian board. They contain the antenna tuners that Canada's 5G network requires. Any phone repair shop can do this.

Oh, you tried replacing the board? And you've for sure checked your network band settings, yeah?

I'm assuming you do live in a city with 5G? If so, then I'd take the phone in to be serviced. To confirm, you have brought your phone to a repair shop and had them replace your charging port?

Assuming it isn't just a setting, lol. Check that first. Also try calling Rogers first.

Did you let Rogers know that it's an Indian device?

There's been instances where apparently Rogers does not enable certain features for devices that were not purchased from them.
