Galaxy SAre you a student, or faculty?
You might want to check with the school's I.T. or Admin.
You can try Resetting your Network Connections, and you'll need to know your passwords.

Galaxy SHi, as suggested by RedDogRabbit please Reset your network settings.
This option allows your phone to reset Wi-Fi, Mobile data, and Bluetooth to their initial states. Follow the steps below to reset network settings.
1.Navigate to Settings. Search for and select Reset network settings.
2.Tap Reset settings, and then tap Reset settings again.
3.If needed, enter your phone security credentials, and then tap Reset.
If that doesn't work, kindly contact your school's IT. They will help you to resolve the problem.

Galaxy SThere's an "!" beside the WiFi Icon. This normally means that there's a connection issue with the WiFi.
So Resetting your Network Connections or contacting the school's I.T. or Admin may solve the issue.
What is the model number of your device & country you are in?
