I cannot find the hotspot shortcut in the Quick panel

You add the HotSpot Toggle to your QS Tiles using adb commands, as I already stated in my first reply here.

I've added a Hotspot toggle using what @RedDogRabbit is suggesting. Take a look... I have an S23+ and it worked just fine.

I'm from Canada and cannot find the mobile Hotspot icon anywhere in the available toggle... Any ideas why?

So instead of using adb, I've created a mode that has only the activation of mobile Hotspot as an action.

Problem solved-ish, it's quick but not as perfect as having the ability to add the toggle to the quick launch menu.
