Unfortunately it was removed by carriers in Canada. No idea why. You have to go right into the actual settings to manage that now.

Google "restore mobile data toggle xda" and follow that tutorial. It's working perfectly for me I've got the data toggle and hotshot toggles back.
Suggested to me by @brownbatman
p.s. No need to search for USB DRIVER'S patch, they are already in the S8.

The link supplied by @carr0498 is exactly this... I am with KODOO, canada and worked very fine! But disappeared on first firmware update... Have to redo it......... sad, bud now that I ever did it it will be easy ^-_-^
