We all know how inaccurate the order status on their website is, I think I know why there is so much confusion. Of course, there is no excuse for the innacurate delivery times, but the status itself could be explained.

Let's start with this screen shot.

As you can see, my phone is "On the way" but I have received no tracking info and the order still states that it is processing. My theory for this is that it is actually on the way from the factory it is made TO CANADA, and not from the warehouse TO YOUR ADDRESS. Now this makes sense because of the next screenshot.

My galaxy watch four's status hasn't changed at all. I reached out to a cs rep. and they said they are going to ship both items together, which I understand. Now, they probably have tons of these items in their warehouse and are probably waiting for my phone to arrive to the warehouse before shipping out my phone. Once they do receive my phone is when the status will change to preparing dispatch for both the watch and phone.

This is just my theory, it makes sense to me. Let me know if I have it all wrong.

Yes @Echo1 had it before in a post. Problem isn’t what the status is lol, rather the indefinite time it sits there and every CS has a new answer!

I am waiting 12 days for a Smartwatch!

Still waiting. Since March 23. No response from email, text or chat (actually the chat closes out while I'm still waiting hours for an agent to connect).  Except for 5 days ago when I got through to chat and asked about Preparing Dispatch where I was told FedEx would be picking up in 2-3 days. I had no issue contacting Samsung when I had questions about purchasing and spoke to an agent a few times. But now I paid for the device 12 days ago and now I am ghosted.  I guess the sales team is happy and are making their quotas. And Samsung has made their money leaving so many of us waiting. I understand the S22 issue and backorders. But I ordered a Smartwatch. Also available elsewhere without issue so why the hold up at Samsung. Samsung can go to Amazon.ca for the exact same watch for next day delivery and ship direct to customer - not use FedEx. Plus make a profit! Samsung price is $349.00 on sale from $399.00. Amazon is $279.00!

It's because of the s22 series launch. They simply dont have enough volume to ship out every order quickly and are prioritizing the s22 series by the looks of it. Everyone is affected by this. It's been 35 days since I ordered both the phone and watch.
