LED case not working

I bought the LED case for s8 about 2 weeks ago and yesterday I took it off for a couple of hours and now it doesn't seem to be working no matter what I do. Anyone know how to fix it??? 😥

yesterday I was asking about the always on display today the LED case straight up doesnt work

What exactly is the issue? LED completely fails to light? LED icons/notifications not working?

Tried rebooting your phone? Clearing the cache partition? Maybe that might fix it?

I tried that and the issue is the LED lights don't light up, but I can still answer calls.... it's just the lights that aren't working

could the issue be that I used wireless charging with the case on?

I'm pretty sure the LED cover can be used while charging wirelessly. Could be you got a lemon. Contact Samsung about possible warranty.

The LED case is notorious for failing. I had one for S7. it died after a couple months. ... at that point I basically had a $60 plastic card cover.
