I down loaded the last service pack and now I have three horizontal lines running thru my phone unless it is at full brightness??? I did a factory reset and they are still there

return it back to were u got it from they should give u a new one

maybe it's better to just keep it at max brightness. lots of people have this problem

I have had a 4,5,6 and now a 7 and it's the worst one yet
