Samsung email, Gmail, Outlook?

Regardless, start with a simple Reboot, if that's not fixing the issue Go to Settings > Apps and Search for the email app you use, Click on it & Scroll down to Storage & Clear Both Cache & Data for the app > Reboot.

You may need to re-enter your passwords & settings after.

Did you get any error messages?

Can you post a screen shot of what happens?

It says my mail box is full.. Which it isn't. It's an Outlook email address and it's the same in that app as. Could my email have been hacked/stolen? Screenshot_20230509_140048_Gmail.jpg

Access your outlook email account from a Web Browser & Change your password.

Verify your emails in your inbox, sent & deleted.

Enable 2-Step verification for your email address.

Well, sounds like you have set Gmail for your email account, unless you are certain that you didn't set it up to do that?

Anyway, Change your password & enable 2-Step verification for all your accounts & your device as well.

Thanks.. When I went to Outlook on my brow I found out that I was way over storage amount (because it includes OneDrive). So once I deleted everything I could get emails again. It was with your help I found that. Thanks again
