Messages (failed to send messages)

Everytime I send a message to someone, it says that it failed to send the message. Does it have something to do with the sim?

Hi Galaxys8user, this could be service provider issue. I just tested in Rogers network. No problem on sending text message.

although it is sending the messages because my sister confirmed this. just saying it isnt sending and also I can't receive any messages

I've had problems like that too sometimes, you try a restart? not sure as to why that happens....
