Everytime I send a message to someone, it says that it failed to send the message. Does it have something to do with the sim?

The weird part is when I send a message, it actually sends but it still shows a red exclamation mark beside the message saying it failed to send but it did send.

yeah it's definitely bell. I even tried powering off my phone, taking the sim card out and re inserting it but that didn't solve the problem.

Hey I'm with Bell as well. It sends but kicks back saying it failed. My phone is doing it but my wifes which is the same phone same plan doesn't. Very weird.

im w virgin mobile and im having the same issues. the texts are actually being sent and received, but it keeps telling me that my message failed to send. i am also not receiving all the replys, only some, and its very spotty

same here with Bell on a Note 8. Saying it can't be sent, but it is sending and not receiving any incoming

s9 plus with bell having the same issue saying msg failed but the people on the other end are getting my texts ... I've tried re starting a couple times as well
